the customers can choose to cancel order at any time before its shipped. once it's out for delivery 5 to 7 working days amount will be refund. Product will not be returned if product is used. Only if product is damaged or wrong product you received then you can request for return. You can return product in under 4 to 5 days .
CANCEL POLICY
The time of window for cancellation varies based on different categories and the order will not cancel once its specified time has passed.
In some cases, the customer is allowed to cancel order for free post the specified time and the cancellation fee will be charged.
once packing of product opened or you used that then product will not be returnable.
